For single function installations, the following blocks are available for installing cartridge valves. They are arranged by cavity type and size and offer many port configurations and thread types. For typical applications to 3,500 PSI, aluminum blocks are preferred due to their reduced cost and weight. For 5,000 PSI applications, the steel blocks should be selected.

Custom mounting blocks

All of the valves listed on the previous pages can be installed in either:

A circuit block incorporating several hydraulic functions into a single customized valve block
As stand alone valves in a single function block, or
On a custom multifunction manifold.

When designing a custom multi-cavity manifold for use with these cartridge valves, please request the most current dimensional drawings for the specific cavity types to be used. Special form tools are available to simplify the machining for these cavities as listed below. We can provide assistance in designing your hydraulic circuit and custom manifold design.
