D03 Industry Standard Valve Subplates
with Integral Relief Valve Cavity

Description:
Designed for mounting the industrial standard D03 type hydraulic control valves, these subplates are manufactured to precision dimensions from type 6061T6 aluminum. They incorporate an industry standard relief valve cavity to reduce the number of components and piping required. (See cartridge valve section for RA101 or RD102 relief valve) They are offered standard with combination porting. A secondary "P" & "T" port are machined in the bottom, making them ideal for panel mounting.

Description:
Designed for mounting the industrial standard D03 type hydraulic control valves, these multistation manifolds are manufactured to precision dimensions from type 6061T6 aluminum. They are available in various port configurations as detailed below and are supplied with end mounted angle brackets to ease installation. Manifolds are Parallel circuit construction. All manifolds have #10 SAE Ports for "P" & "T", #8 SAE Ports for "A" & "B", #6 Gauge Port.

D03 Coverplate

Description:
This coverplate can be used to block off extra stations on a multistation manifold to allow for future expansion without having to replace the manifold at a later date. The AD03COP style cover plate can also be used to block a valve station while also connecting the "P" & "T" ports to the "A" & "B" outlets, providing a simple spare "P" & "T" port without disturbing the existing pressure and tank connections.

D03 Tapping Plate


	Description: This tapping plate sandwiches between the subplate or manifold and the directional control valve and provides access to the "A" & "B" or "P" & "T" ports to allow the user to install additional pressure sensing switches or transducers without having to disturb the existing piping. Hardware & O-Rings are included.
