In-Line Valves - Colorflow Series

The name "Colorflow" refers to the bands of color on the neck of the valve. This feature gives operators a visual checkpoint in setting valves precisely.

Check Valves Provide free flow in one direction, and dependable shutoff in the other.
Flow Control Valves Provide flow control in one direction, and full flow in the other.
Metering Valves Provide high precision metering and shutoff.
Needle Valves Provide speed control and shutoff where a reverse flow check is not required.

"VCL Series"
"VCL Series" Check Valves

Description:
VCL Series valves allow free flow in one direction and dependable shutoff in the other. They are used for unrestricted flow around hydraulic components such as pressure and directional controls, and prevent reverse flow. They have better pressure drop and flow characteristics than other style check valves.

General Specifications:

Flow Control Valves
"F Series" - 5 PSI Crack Pressure (STD)
"F Series" Flow Control Valves

Description:

F Series valves combine a needle and a check valve in one body. They provide precise control of flow in one direction and unrestricted flow in the other. In valves 1/2" and smaller a double taper needle is used to allow for very fine flow adjustment for the first few turns and coarse adjustment for the last turns.

Cylinders: F Series valves allow slow extensions of the cylinder rod and then quick retraction due to full flow through the check section.

General Specifications:
Max Operating Pressure:  Brass F200 thru F1200 - 2000 PSI; Brass F1600 - 500 PSI; Steel F200 thru F1220 - 5000 PSI; Steel F1600 thru F2400 - 3000 PSI

Metering Valves
"MV Series"
"MV Series" Metering Valves

Description:
MV Series valves provide high-precision metering and shutoff. MV Inline valves have female-to-female thread configurations. MV Right Angle valves have 90° design flow pattern. These valves are used any place oil flow needs to be finely controlled.

General Specifications:
Max Operating Pressure: Brass - 2000 PSI; Steel - 5000 PSI; Right Angle Styles - 3000 PSI

Needle Valves
"N Series"
"N Series" Needle Valves

Description:
N Series valves provide excellent control and reliable shutoff. They have a metering needle allowing precise flow adjustments. Flow is the same in both directions. A set screw locks the valve setting.

These valves are ideal as speed controls on hydraulic and pneumatic systems where a reverse flow check is not needed. Since flow in both directions is the same, in a cylinder application the cylinder rod would extend and retract at the same speed.

General Specifications:
Max Operating Pressure:  Brass N200 thru N1200 - 2000 PSI; Brass N1600 - 500 PSI; Steel N200 thru N1200 - 5000 PSI; Steel N1600 - 3000 PSI

Steel Gauge Protector Valves
"GT/GF Series"
"GT Series" Gauge Protector Valves

Description: (GF Series)
GF Series Pressure Snubbers help protect gauges from line pressure surges and hydraulic hammer that can cause inaccurate gauge readings and damage. One piece construction is simple, and requires no adjustment or maintenance.

Description: (GT Series)
GT Series Isolator Valves completely isolate gauges from pressure surges and hydraulic hammer that can cause inaccurate gauge readings and damage. A push-to-read knob connects the gauge to the pressure line.

Push the knob and partial snubbing action protects the gauge from surge damage. Release the knob and a spring loaded spool closes to isolate the gauge from all system pressure. A separate port is connected to tank to drain pressure when the knob is released.

Adjustable Pressure Compensated Valves
"PCM/PCCM Series"
"PCM/PCCM Series" Mount Adjustable Pressure Compensated Valves

Description:
PCM Series are adjustable valves and the PCCM Series are adjustable with a reverse flow check. PCM/PCCM valves maintain constant flow regardless of pressure variations. The reverse flow is not pressure compensated.

A spool and a spring modulate inside the valve maintain the set flow. A set screw locks the valve setting.

General Specifications:
For the pressure compensation feature to work correctly, the minimum pressure differential needed between the valve's inlet and outlet ports: 100 PSI for sizes 1/4" thru 3/8"; 150 PSI for 1/2"
