P1D Series Anodized aluminum heads and tube; Case hardened and chrome-plated piston rod [Chrome plated stainless available], magnetic piston rod standard, transparent non-toxic food-grade grease entirely free from PTFE and Silicone.
P1A Series Hygienic design, constructed from corrosion-resistant materials. Suitable for lighter duties in the packaging, food and textile industries.

P5L GUIDED SERIES

RC Series Rodless cylinders are 50% shorter than rod style. Non-lube.
P1M Series Efficient, space saving design
LP/LPM Series Low profile, lightweight for tight space requirements. Non-lube with ratings to 250 PSI.
S Series Prelubed with ratings to 250 PSI.
HBT Series For heavy duty guided linear motion applications. To 150 PSIG for pneumatic service, to 750 PSIG for hydraulic applications.
XL Series Provides accurate, torque resistant linear motion. Ratings to 100 PSIG.
SST Series For heavy duty, short stroke applications. Compact. for use in confined space. Ratings to 10 bar (145 PSIG).

P1D Series Pneumatic Cylinders

ISO 6431 / ISO 15552 / VDMA 24562

All P1D Actuators: Anodized aluminum heads and tube; Case hardened and chrome-plated piston rod (Chrome plated stainless available), magnetic piston rod standard, transparent non-toxic food-grade grease entirely free from PTFE and Silicone.

Note: Mounts for all P1D Series Pneumatic Actuators are purchased separately, unlike NFPA cylinders. See mounts at the end of this section. P1D ISO Cylinders, may be purchased with inch thread ports and inch thread on piston rod.

P1D Standard Version
32 - 125 mm bores

Description:
Constructed entirely without copper, Zinc plated Fasteners, case hardened and chrome-plated piston rod, Polyurethane end-of-stroke bumpers.

P1D Removable Gland Version
32 - 200 mm bores

Description:
Bar stock endcaps, removable high-strength bronze bearing with rod wiper seal & 2 leak-proof rod seals.

P1D Clean Version

Description:
Completely designed for the food industry with hygienic, Convex shape for optimum hygiene, cushion screws with positive geometry, plastic sealing plugs installed in the end cover screws; transparent sealed molding for sensors.

P1D Tie Rod Version
32 - 125 mm bores

Description:
Accept either Standard Version or Removable Gland Version heads and caps. An ingenious multi-jointed adapter clamps sensors to tie rods in any chosen position along the stroke.

160 - 200 mm bores

Description:
Accept either Standard Version or Removable Gland Version heads and caps. An ingenious multi-jointed adapter clamps sensors to tie rods in any chosen position along the stroke.

P1D Rod Lock Version
32 - 125 mm bores

Description:
Incorporates power piston rod locking device which clamps the piston rod and locks it in position. The locking device is a spring lock with an air pressure release 4 Bar (58 PSI).

32 - 125 mm bores with manual override

Description:

HBT Series

Description:
Designed for heavy duty guided linear motion applications, the HBT features a rugged NFPA or ISO cylinder and an alignment coupler. Composite or linear ball bushings are prelubricated and sealed for trouble-free operation. A piston magnet for position sensing is standard. Options include oversized shafting, inductive proximity sensors, Hall Effect and reed switches, shock absorbers, cylinder cushions, bumpers, adjustable stop collars, flow controls, stainless steel shafting and fluorocarbon seals for high-temperature operation. 150 PSIG maximum operating pressure for pneumatic service. 250 PSIG (2ML) or 750 PSIG (L) maximum operating pressure for hydraulic applications.

XL Series Cylinders

Description:
Available in base, thrust or reach version, XL Series slides deliver accurate, torque resistant linear motion by combining a pair of case hardened support shafts and four bushings. An anodized extruded aluminum housing with square nut slots provides flexible mounting. A piston magnet for position sensing is standard. Options include inductive proximity sensors, Hall Effect and reed switches, bumpers, shock absorbers, adjustable stop collars, flow controls, fluorocarbon seals, stainless steel shafting, dowel pin holes and composite bushings. 100 PSIG maximum operating pressure.

Description:
SST Series slides are designed for heavy-duty short stroke applications where mounting envelopes are limited and substantial side loading is present. Compact housing permits use in very confined spaces. Side porting is standard, rear porting optional. Composite bushings with oversize shafting or linear ball bushings are available. Options include reed and a Hall Effect switches, flow controls, dowel pinholes, corrosion resistant shafting and high temperature seals. Pressures to 10 bar (145 PSIG).

General Specifications:
Built-in cylinder; 6 bore sizes from 32 to 100 mm; Support shafts from 16 to 35 mm 25, 50, 75 and 100 mm strokes; 93 to 913 lb force output at 75 PSIG.
