Dubl-Barb Fittings

Compact one-piece, push-on barbed fittings provide a quick, economical way to connect polyethylene tubing. In addition to the styles shown, custom fittings to meet your exact requirements are available.

Applications:
These fittings are recommended for use with high quality polyethylene tubing that is resistant to environmental stress cracking.

General Specifications
Working Pressure and Temperature Ranges: In tube sizes 1/4" to 3/8", working pressures up to 150 PSI are practical at temperatures ranging from -65º to +90ºF. On 1/2" tubing, working pressure limit is 100 PSI at temperatures ranging from -65º to +75ºF.

Assembly Instructions
Be certain tubing is cut squarely, and simply push tube end over the two barbs.
