Directair 2 & 4 Series Valves

These valves may be used in a wide range of automation control applications. They include versions that are actuated by use of a button, lever or foot pedal, with a choice of either automatic spring return and operator push-pull motion.

Directair 2 Series
Spring Return	Automatic return from actuated position.
Manual Return	Operator push-pull.
Directair 4 Series: 3-Way
Button Spring Return	Automatic return from actuated position.
Button Manual Return	Operator push-pull.
Treadle	Heal-toe operated.
Lever Spring Return	Automatic return from actuated position.
Lever Manual Return	Operator push-pull.
Pedal Spring Return	Automatic return from actuated position.

Button Manual Return	Operator push-pull.
Lever Spring Return	Automatic return from actuated position.
Lever Manual Return	Operator push-pull.
Lever Spring Center 3-Position	Automatically returns to center. Setting based on direction of last movement by operator.
Accessories for Directair 4 Series
Pedal Guard Kit	Meets safety requirements by protecting pedal from accidental tripping.

Directair 2 Series, 3-Way Spool Valves:

Spring Return

Description:
3-Way Spool Valves. Normal Position - Pressure at Inlet port 1 is locked. Outlet port 2 is connected to Exhaust port 3. Actuated Position - Pressure at Inlet port 1 is connected to Outlet port 2. Exhaust port 3 is blocked.

General Specifications:
Inline Valve: 1/8" Port; 4-Way, 2-Position; 3-Way, 2-Position; Button Operated; Operating Temperatures: 32°F to 175°F; Operating Pressures: Vacuum to 150 PSI

Description:

Pedal Guard

Description:
Pedal guard meets safety requirements for foot operated valves by protecting pedal from accidental tripping from all angles. Guard is constructed of lightweight aluminum casting for strength and durability. Bolts quickly into place with only three screws without special valve mounting. One model fits any pedal (not treadle) operated " Directair 4" Series valve.
