Adam noticed an error in the part number that I had requested for a quote. And he also discovered that the same EHA that we ordered in the past caused us a few problems in which we needed to modify the part. To make sure that wouldn't happen again, he highlighted the difference in the part numbers which lead us to confidently order the correct part. Adam was very helpful in making sure that we not only ordered the correct part, but that we would avoid any previous problems as well.

Progressive has only been a top vendor for hyd. components. Recently we tried using PHI for a cylinder rebuild. We had been using another vendor but were having quality issues. Something got lost in the shuffle and cylinder took about 2 weeks to get back to us. I am blaming this some form of communication errors. As soon as Anthony Ricciardi was called, he got situation under control and we had cylinder 36 hrs later. Anthony is TOP NOTCH and a true TYPE A PERSONALITY.

Have I told you how highly I think of you and your company?! You are, BY FAR, one of the EASIEST and most competent companies I have EVER worked with in my life. This little machine we hooked up has been running like a charm the last 6 years – 6 years, imagine that? Unbelievable, the time evaporates. - Most people call 911 when there is a fire. If the fire dept was Pirtek, you would get a bill for $60,000.00 for putting water on a mailbox

- We order our 300 foot rolls of 3/8” air tubing from PHI. From Grainger, you can expect to have an order arrive as 300 1-foot pieces

- We think of PHI as a “value added” company. Once we ask them for a quote, they list the value and we continue to add…

- If you just built something and measured your best, but the new hoses are still too short, PHI will not shame you in front of other customers

- No matter how bad you planned it, PHI will find a way to adapt it and make it work. This is how steampunk was invented

- 300f pressurized water, and 430f pressurized oil would hurt a lot if one of these crimps let loose. I should be really nice to Paulie

- We can't thank you guys enough for everything. The access to product lines, and having just enough in stock is already a huge winner. Being well equipped and knowledgeable in the field helps us jump the hurdles. Quickly helping us resolve human error with graceful customer service reduces our stress and allows us to make clear decisions and move forward.

Over the decades, I have always gone to Ray with emergency and regular orders for Parker® cylinders and seals.  He has never failed in coming through.  Even my supervisor has contacted him with questions and for advice.  And when it's something from Parker® that needs more information, he gets me in contact with the right people.  Looking forward to a couple more years!
