Minimum Order Amount
PHI requires all orders to have subtotals equal to or greater than $99. This order minimum allows us to continue providing top notch service to our customers in a competitive environment.
All orders with subtotals less than our minimum order amount can still be placed online - at check out, your order subtotal will just be brought up to our minimum order amount.
Taxes and Shipping & Handling are not included in the $99 minimum order subtotal amount and are applied separately.

Shipping Methods & Options
When you place an order and go through Guest Check Out, the available shipping methods are:
- Standard Ground (5-7 Business Days)
- Next Day Air
Any orders that are over 100lbs, oversized or need special handling will go by Truck Shipment, which will be billed to you separately.
Customers who
sign in to their Accounts at check out have additional shipping methods and other benefits like stored
Ship-To addresses and
Preferred Shipping Accounts.

Shipping Rates
For all orders shipping to the contiguous United States, our shipping rates are based on your order sub-total and calculated before taxes.
The formula used to calculate your shipping amount is equal to a base dollar amount of $8
plus a percentage of your order sub-total.
